High on Saddleback Mountain, the chalet is made for easy mountain days and comfortable nights. Highest row of condos on the mountain provides awesome views and easy access to ski in and ski out of the front door. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, warm fireplace, good towels, and everything you need to settle in.

Lock code is in the reservation message,The day before check-in, I will send the cottage directions, the door code, Wi-Fi information, and the best landmark to watch for on the final turn. GPS is usually right, but country roads have a sense of humor, so keep the written directions handy.

976 Saddleback Mountain Rd, Rangeley The obvious first choice: major alpine skiing, extensive terrain, glades, lessons and rentals—essentially outside the chalet’s door.

524 Saddleback Mountain Rd, Rangeley Over 50 km of groomed Nordic trails for classic and skate skiing, plus rentals and lessons at the base of Saddleback.

Good To Know

Additional Information about the House

  • Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of a small owner crawl-space closet
  • In summer the downstairs sliding glass door opens directly to the backyard for easy indoor-outdoor access.
  • The backyard has plenty of space for relaxing, spending time outside, or playing games such as cornhole and washers.
  • There is plenty of parking available directly in front of the house.
  • Fans are provided throughout the house, including a large ceiling fan to keep air moving.
  • The house does not have air conditioning, which is usually not necessary in the mountain climate.
